What's new in the latest version? (Archive 1)
RS5.11.58.8 release date: 29 March 2011
- The next call back date is now visible on the personal details panel of a client or candidate record (underneath the address box). In the event that a future call back is not set then the date of the call to the contact (held in a new field called 'DateLastCalled' on the More button) is shown in red type.
- The DateLastCalled field is updated whenever a log is entered with the type 'Phone call' or 'Sales call'.
- There is another new field in client and candidate records called 'CallStatus'. This is visible by clicking the More button and has values specifying call frequency. This is here for future use - we plan to create a call regime (not call backs) that uses all these specifiers to list contacts needing phone calls.
- Both new fields, 'DateLastCalled' and 'CallStatus' are searchable in Search & Mailings.
- Your database requires an update for these fields to become active, you will find instructions on how to update this by clicking on the Support button on the menu above, and go to 'Software updates' - I want to update my data service.

and company of the client called is visible as well as the date and outcome
recorded by the consultant. The manager is also able to open the client's
record directly from the report to see more detail.
- Our second new report, "RSReports2" enables managers to see in better detail all new client, company, candidate and vacancy records that have been created, as well as interviews arranged, CVs sent and placements made. The manager will be able to see the names of the clients and candidates involved and open the relevant records directly.
