TempStaff: Tools for temps

Recruit Studio offers a useful suite of tools for recruiters placing temps.

The TempStaff module integrates into the main Recruit Studio database and there is no extra cost involved in using this tool.

What is TempStaff?

We released our TempStaff module in October 2009 for those recruiters placing temps into daily or hourly roles such as supply teachers, drivers, locums, care workers and so on. It fits easily into Recruit Studio as a module which you can download after installing the main Recruit Studio package.

TempStaff gives you the ability to:

• View 'My Temps' and 'My Clients' on screen for quick access
• Group temps into lists e.g. History teachers, or all drivers in Warrington
• Make bookings and record detailed information on rates, fees, shifts etc
• Set 'public' rates and shifts or use an ad-hoc list per consultant
• Manage certificates for temps e.g. driving licences, CRB checks, expiry dates
• View a history of bookings per temp
• Manage a temp's availability with an easy to use calendar
• Record the work done after a shift
• Easily roll repeat bookings onto the next week
• Produce a weekly timesheet in Excel based on shifts worked and rates of pay
• Engage competition among consultants with a week view bar chart of booking fees at start up
